least tern habitat
Before the thunderstorms rolled through, volunteers came out to assist in the creation of a habitat for Least Terns on a man-made island in Tallahassee's Piney Z Lake. This project is underway to create a new and improved nesting area for these diminutive shorebirds at Lafayette Heritage Trail Park.
